Wallpaper care instructions: washable using a mild soap that does not contain detergent. Rinse with clear clean water, do not use abrasives or rub. Stains caused by grease and oil may not necessarily be removed.

Our full collection has been thoughtfully designed in Sydney by Tigger Hall, with majority based on hand-paintings by Tigger. The wallpaper collection is printed in Australia on
As for our lead time, it varies depending on the order size and whether it’s for Australia or overseas, but we usually ship within 3-5 days, and then shipping itself can take anywhere from 1-15 days depending on location. Most AU orders are shipped within a week, though.
We work with our clients to create custom designs, colours and can print on any basecloths, for more details please see more information on Custom opportunities.
We keep stock of our basecloths in Australia and print to order, please allow a 4 to 6 week lead time. Colour variation may occur, we recommend obtaining a sample, either through your local showroom or by purchasing online, to ensure you’re happy prior to placing an order. All fabric widths are indicated, when placing an order allow for a 5% tolerance on all repeats and widths.
Shipping
Once the order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the production timeline. Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide the relevant tracking information. Please note, our final prices do not include local taxes, duties or customs charges for which you will be responsible.
We ship our full range locally and globally using the most cost effective carrier, you will be responsible for liaising with the appointed shipping company to arrange delivery to the address provided at the time of the order.
Working with Trade Partners
We work with our trade partners including interior designers, architects, workrooms who are registered businesses to offer trade discounts and a full service offering on the collection at large. In order to open a trade account, please complete the Trade Application Form and we will respond within 2-3 working days.
Trade clients may place orders less than 3 metres by contacting our team directly, an AUD $35.00 fee will apply.
Returns
All fabric orders placed are printed and cut to order, therefore returns cannot be accepted unless the product provided is faulty. In the instance that the product is faulty, we will work to provide a replacement or refund as required and all care must be taken with any returns.
